All Day Jam Processing
The manufacturing process in our plant is different for every
product presentaion Nevertheless, they have in common our
commitment to quality and food safety, based in the Hazard
Analysis and Critical Control Point, the internationally
recognized system for reducing the risk of safety hazards in food.
The manufacturing process starts with the fruit being prepared:
sizing, stem-removing, pillng and cutting, depending on each case.
Soon afterwards, they are processed in the different production
lines.
Production Control
We take that control and take care of preserved fruit from growing in our plantation to the final handling and packaging in product versions for the market. Our processes are carried out according to the food quality, safety guidelines based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points(HACCP).
Packaging
Manufacturing process at All Day Jam ends with packaging, a stage that vary depending on the different physical - chemical characteris of every product and also on the target markets, catering channels. Our packaging adapts from 200 ml to 500ml bottle.
Product Fruits
Growing our own plantations allows us to provide fresh fruits in the best conditions for its use, as well as achieving the best performance and quality. Our jams are made of Yellow Melon, Peach, Tomato And Pear to add unique fruit flavors to trending bakeries, traditional recipes and the more innovative elaborations.
